yes they told me, I won a trip, and when they ask me do I have a credit card, I told them no, and they hung up very fast. I am suppose to have ALL TELEMARKETS BLOCK, so how did they get my cell number!!!

Won trip to cancun worth $2500.

Received a call from the number above, when I answered the phone there was no one on the other end.  This is disturbing and uncomforting, how do I know the intentions of this call, I don't! !  
I googled the number a number of people said they were offered a cancun trip, this is a scam and I have already blocked the number on my phone.

Just received call from this number.  Did not recognize and did not answer.  How do this callers get around the Do Not Call lists?
