These guys say they have a government contract for your business, and then it turns out they dont, and want to sell you thousands of dollars worth of consulting to get the GSA contract. May or may not be a legitimate company, but when they carefully word their pitch to make you think you have pending orders, then I lean towards it being a scam. For what it is worth, i blocked them.
Called the number back to see who this was and it is a voice messaging system that will prompt you to unsubscribe your number... said it was a "special offer subscription" no idea what it is for
