Got a call @12:40 PM  CT, I am not answer and got no message. Spam?

I just received a call from this number, to my cell phone. I did not answer and they didn't leave a message. Someone mentioned it was a Delaware area code and since Delaware is a major credit/finance hub, I am not surprised to see that it is solicitation. Clearly our info was sold to another party for cold-calling!

recieved call on cell - I answered "hello" no one replied....(?)

Got a call from this number on my cell.  I didn't answer & there was no message.

I just got a call from this # as well, saying that I won two $25 walmart vouchers...obviously it's a telemarketing thing, and my # is on the national do not call list! :(
