I get a call on my cell phone from this number at least once a week. Wilmington, Delaware. I do not answer, but make a note of the number, then call it back from my office phone. There is either no answer or a busy signal. If I could block it, I would. I do not know why or how this get past the DO NOT CALL lists.
I recieved 2 calls from this #, on Jun 14th & 15th, and charges showed up on my bill. So they have to have a phone system set up were when you answer it automatically starts charging you for the call. Both calls under a min. because each time they call I just hang up. So if you get charged call your phone company and ask for the charges to be reversed back to this phone number as it is scam. They it will be investigated etc. It can be done, I know I work for a phone company. Good luck to all!!!
