I am on a no-call list also. This phone number (OC Consultants) on caller ID also said it is to lower interest rates on a credit card. What a joke if these idiots think anyone is going to deal with them with all the scams, identity theft, etc. that is going on. They are wasting their time and money if they think anyone is going to accept their way of doing business.
These people KEEP calling, saying there is not a problem with my account but that I can lower my interest rates. I have contacted my credit card company directly-it is NOT them calling. AND when I have actually picked up the phone and pushed #1 as the recorded voice says to do in order to speak to live agent, I get hung up on! I have tried to call this number back but get recording saying that it is a number that is not in service!!!
