They asked if I wanted to reduce my interest rates, but I do not have any credit cards.

These people KEEP calling, saying there is not a problem with my account but that I can lower my interest rates. I have contacted my credit card company directly-it is NOT them calling. AND when I have actually picked up the phone and pushed #1 as the recorded voice says to do in order to speak to live agent, I get hung up on! I have tried to call this number back but get recording saying that it is a number that is not in service!!!

Only a recording going on rapid fire about credit cards. Annoying!
