They just don't get a clue. At times the lady is rude and argumentative.
They've been asked multiple time not to cal, still keep calling.
A new tact, I'm going to keep them on the phone for 45 minutes or an hour, then explain I have no interest whatsoever - and how to you like it when I waste YOUR time!?
Next time they call tell them you are the owner to send someone right over. At this point you can tell them the business has moved and give them an address that does not exisit way out in the woods... or...When he gets there take his card. Its got his name and company name. Inform him you never want to use there services, that they should stop all calls, and if they do call back you will just tell them to send soemone out. After the third or forth visit they will get the hint. You also have the name and card give a call to your states Attorney General tell him they will not stop calling. While your are at it a complaint to the FCC will also get there attention. Last but least send them a certified letter telling them you are going to seek damages. Anyone of these will cause them to remove you from the list.
