I too am being harassed by these people! I have tried everything, including leaving my phone number "after the beep" as their recording says to do (and then there is no beep!!!) and I'm still getting almost daily calls from these people. If anyone knows how we can stop them (is there a place in Delaware we can report them to?) I would greatly appreciate it. I expect a few unsolicited calls from places every now and again; but when it's repeatedly coming from the same number even after numerous attempts to have them stop, that has to be a gross violation of our right to be free from harassment, right???
SCAM ALERT!!!
From what I have been able to put together on calls from Credit Card Services or a like named company, they use a Robo caller from numbers like the ones below:
302-394-9659 281-217-0241 503-457-1102
619-279-1287 708-417-2636 949-527-1674
213-791-8623 610-606-4600 773-449-5041
316-789-1356 832-457-4063 503-468-5545
212-249-2549 800-847-2900 480-359-4336
773-449-5058 951-000-2145
The source of your number on their list seems to be from the 3 Credit Bureaus and the Direct Marketing Association. Credi Card Services buys a marketing list from the Credit Bureaus and DMA then harvests contact names and phone numbers from this list. They can not get account numbers on the list, but you are on the marketing lists if you have some kind of credit to be listed (Home loans, credit cards, phone bills, electric bills, cell phone bills, etc).
You can opt out of the marketing list with the Credit Bureaus, it takes a month or so to take effect. To do it, log onto:

To opt-out of telemarketing calls:
Responsible marketing companies respect your choice to not receive telemarketing calls. DMA members, as a condition of membership, are required to suppress the phone numbers of individuals who have notified the DMA that they do not want to receive telemarketing calls.
If you would like to opt out of telemarketing calls, send your complete name, address and telephone number to:

As a DMA member, Experian subscribes to and suppresses any phone number on the DMA's Telephone Preference Service file from its telemarketing lists.
Contact the Credit Bureaus (google search) and use the Bureaus websites, to Opt-out.
I also use teh call blocking feature of my wireless carrier to block calls from Credit Car Service. every day I add new numbers to block from this company.
Would you like a call-blocker? I can show you how to find a free one for your cellphone or o.e for your landline for a minimal price. See my post on whocallsme under 3059182338 for more information.
