Picked up the phone. It was a recorded message asking if I have been hurt due to a car accident or hurt at home or somebodys property. This is an illegal phone call. Lawyers are not suppose to call 6ou no matter what. So far these are the phone numbers of scammers that has called me:

These people are getting real crafty. I have recived a payday loan online. After receiving the email I was told that all calls and emails are frauds and it has gone so out of hand that homeland security is investigating these possible middle eastern con artists. Let's face it they all sound like they come from over there. If u do pick up the phone let them know you have called the fbi and dea and your local sheriffs dept and that they should be getting a phone call from the authorities in about 5 to 10 minutes.
I received a call earlier from the first number on your list (302-394-9714). As usual and customary, no message was left. The 302 area code covers the state of Deleware. Your posting prompted me to do further research. I received no email, but I did look up ACS Incorp. I was led to a firm called Absolute Collection Services. The most common comments about Absolute Collection Services are:
1. Abusive nasty treatment
2. Numerous and constant violations of the FDCPA
3. Operating overseas and claiming they are not bound by FDCPA or any other US laws/policies.
I myself make it a practice not to answer the phone when the number is unfamiliar. If the caller does not leave a message, I call it back one time. If I find out the call and/or number is bogus, the number is blocked, and I never hear from them again.
