Who called from 3023949768

Has called around 6pm several nights. Since I didn't recognize #, declined call. No msg left.

First time this number appeared............. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Some telemarketer or scammer.  I called it back - this is what I got - "You have reached the marketing department.  If  you want your number removed and added to our do not call list - press 1. "  No company name ever given. I pressed 1 - let's see what happens.
