I ordered, didn't receive my product waited for over a month, told them I wanted my money back and now I am being screwed about that as well. I had to call my Debit Card Co, and hand it over to them. It is now going on 2 months and it is just plain crazy! I deal with one person, who says she has to deal with numerous other people to get my refund. The company issn't even named on my Debit Card as their company, but as Mazel Tech. Just for your information. I am so ANGRY, I am considering hiring a lawyer if I do not get my money back. No product, I should get a refund...NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Be careful people.

This person has called every day for at least 3 months. I don't know what she's talking about and I finally called back, left a message and she called me the very next day at 6am. (!!!!!) I don't think she understood time zones and she left the SAME MESSAGE.
