Similar to other recent calls for "free burglar alarm" scams, caller opens with "Am I speaking with a homeowner?" and when I answered "No", the call immediately disconnected.
Of course they ignore the Federal Do Not Call list, which certainly tells you something about their business ethic, doesn't it?
I try to record these robo calls and post them on the Internet using Google Voice ( www.google.com/voice ) on my Spam Calls web page, but unfortunately, this robo call was not to my Google Voice phone number:
I got a call from this number asking me about security and a strange women read through the message . I tried to put myself on do not calling list but there system is weirddo not work. I tried calling customer service number and it reached to voicemail. Couple of min later i got call from same city from different number 302-394-9977 asking for home insurace every thing look so goofy
I got a call from this number 3024148624 and I answered my phone and they where talking about a free security system for home owners and I got a call from a defferent phone number to asking the same thing I told them I was not a home owner so I said would you please remove my number from your do not call list and he said sure he said it would take affect in two days so I said ok thanks but When he hung the phone up he keeps on calling my phone so I answered my phone again and it was the same person that had called meiI had told him I already told you I'm not a home owner he said sorry I want call your phone again so he hung back up and called right back
Note: the SCAMMERS use both numbers (below) as their primary robocall AND as their call back harassing number.
got robocall from 302-394-9977 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Monday 01-13-14 @ 1252 PM.
Recorded message called my cell phone saying the Police report break-ins every.........we will install a FREE Security system absolutely Free.........and press 1 to here more info so I pressed 1 and the call transferred to another message saying something to the effect of "thank you for calling" and then disconnected.
For a SCAMMER call thought that was strange, but then shortly at 111 PM from 302-414-8624 I get a call asking if I wanted more info about the Security System. Took out my "SCAMMER HORN" and blew on it for about 10-15 seconds and then I hung up. These SCAMMERS must not have liked the "SCAMMER HORN" as they called back on the 302-414-8624 phone number again at 112 PM & 113 PM. I just ignored them.
