This is an "automatic" dialer.  A message was left on our answering machine stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against us, and to call this number immediately.  The name showing on the caller ID is RI Networks.  There is a company by this name in Rhode Island, but the numbers do not match.  And the IRS does NOTHING by phone.....SO THIS IS A SCAMMER.
