Person said they were calling from Bank of America's e-comm wire fraud department to verify a wire transfer I submitted online earlier that day. They told me I had to provide my personal drivers license number to approve a business wire transfer. I hung up and called the BoA number on the back of my card and they said they would never ask for that information.

As a follow-up to yesterday...it is Bank of America's wire fraud department that just needed to confirm a few details. I called their main number again and got through to the right department. I guess it's just a matter of the right hand not knowing what the left is doing.
