I got a call from this number claiming I had downloaded a file that was harmful to my computer, Wanted me to go to computer turn it on and they would help me remove file.
These people called my mother last night at 9:30 and told her they were from Microsoft and they needed her to turn on her computer so they could "fix" multiple errors being reported by her ISP.
These people called yesterday 2-16-13 Stating that they needed to get into my computer to fix error reports and that buy purchasing warranty it would make computer faster. I called 302-464-5446 and no answered today. That God for fraud protection on my credit card. The should be arrested. This is a crime to pray on the elderly.
They called me at 11:30 at night , woke me up, 2.18.13, saying they were Microsoft, it was urgent, someone had hacked into my computer, and that I had to turn on my computer right now and do a few keyboards steps (that they would tell me), to stop the hackers. I was sleepy & taken by surprise, and got rather far into the scam before I asked for their call back number, which they gave me.
