Rip off artist. The IRS would send you a letter. How would these thief's know who the IRS is after? They sounded like foreigners. Did not have any American accent I ever heard so I called the FBI.

Called me twice today, lots of static on the line, they answer, "Hello". A total scam, never even got who they were.(Foreign for sure)
