Hello I got an unwanted call from 3024837449, in Delaware. I am afraid to call it because I don't wish to be kidnapped. Help please?

Got a call today (5/14/14) at 7:15P.  As usual, I don't answer unfamiliar calls.  Checked it here first.  Will not bother to track.  This is a good service for checking the pests.

I feel like ever since signing up for a few things for my wedding, I get so many of unknown/telemarketers on my cell phone. Super annoyed!
