Who called from 3024902178

Caller ID just says "Delaware".  Called me on 7/13/07 at 4:13 pm.  Has not called back since.

Phone rings only one or two times, then stops, or if I answer, it hangs up immediately.  Has happened at least 15 times.  If I call the number back, the recording says "cannot complete the call as dialed".

Phone rings only one or two times, then stops, or if I answer, it hangs up immediately.  HIf I call the number back, the recording says "cannot complete the call as dialed".  Now it has seemingly switched to an "unavailable" number on the caller id.

Rings once or twice then stops.  If I answer it hangs up.  2-4 times daily for over two weeks.
