I received a phone call from 302-497-0510. Normally I don't answer the phone when the call comes up "out of area" but it had a 302 area code which is my area code so I answered. They asked for me and I told them I wasn't home and this was her roommate. I asked who was calling and they said Ryan and would call back again.

I am asked who was calling and they respond "This is an operater with a very important phone call." I asked them again to identify themselves and they responded the same. I hung up.
lady named monica, very aggressive and rude when i said i wouldnt take a message so i cursed her out. tried to call back and report her to supervisor or something, but 4970510 was busy. subsequently so was 4970410, 4970310, and even 4970000. this company is crap and i will be blocking all numbers from "laurel delaware"
This is a collection agency in Laurel DE. Just block the calls. They can't even figure out how to circumvent a simple blocking system. Idiots down in slower Delaware. Probably flunkees from the community college down there.
