Who called from 3025048646

This number called me and hung up when my machine answered

same thing   hung up on ans machine

Caller ID shows it as: "local call area" when these calls come through. I answer as if I'm an answering machine and they hang up. Lots of noise in the background. Heard a man say "bingo!" when I answered today, but then hung up when he thought it was an answering machine.
