I just called my phone company and raised holy heck..they waived my number change fee charge of 22.00 and i went non published for 4.00 a month. Its worth it. I been getting calls all day long. It unbelievable.
This is a third-party collection agency that uses "spoof" phone numbers to deceive your called ID. Do not answer this call. They are borderline harrassment.
