Get the call they say my last name then they hang up like it is a accident clicking on and off .Annoying won't pick up again .Says Directv on CID .If it is Directv think they will be losing a lot of customers. Just got the IRS call too guess I am heading for jail .Oh well .

Here it is September 1, 2016 and this company is apparently still trying to scam other people...I have the Mr. Number app and it automatically blocked it for me this morning before I could even answer so I looked up the number here and I see it IS just a scammer/spammer. Thanks for the info!
Monday, October 24th- Posing as Direct Tv, offering a free month subscription to Showtime (or Starz?- cant remember). Said the first month is free and then the following months it will be 12.99, and that I could expect activation of the particular channels to be turned on within the next 24 hours. Today, the 27th, nothing has been activated. I called Direct TV at 800-531-5000 and asked them about the phone call. They said to me, that they know nothing about this.. have no notes about anyone calling me.. and that nothing is free (they weren't rude, she was just saying that they're not giving out anything for free) and that as of yet, they could see nothing on my bill. I then tried to call back the phone number that called me 302-526-4076 and it was an automated voice answering machine stating that all customer service reps were busy and to leave a voice message and they would call back. It's a scam of some kind (obviously) but I've no idea what. No one asked me for any types of credit card info during the first call. I'm going to call Direct TV back and let them know. BTW, who cares if you blocked a phone number? If you can't provide any type of info rather than your opinion, you really haven't offered any type of assistance at all.
