It is probably bank of America, they are using numbers local to the card holders. I guess they think if you
see a number near your home you will answer, instead of their usual unknown name, unknown number
routine, or unknown name and use an 800, 866, 855 number. I told the man they were using deceitful
collection practices and he said they are not allowed to use 800,866 or 855 numbers because if the client
calls back they are not allowed to charge the client for the costs. SOUNDS LIKE BS TO ME!!!!!!!!
