Because of caller ID spoofing (faking) your caller could be anyone, anywhere in the world. If you have no family or friends in another City/State its best not to take, or call back, phone numbers you do not know.
I'm getting this call constantly. if i answer, nobody there. not even background noise. If i call back, i get the "not in service." I get constant calls like this, frm other numbers also. I'm sick of it!
Every day, a new number. Most lately from my area code, 302. I guess they think I will pick it up if local. Good luck, no way. This one actually called twice, so it went to block. Like all the others lately, no idea who it is. Just another idiot.
