Who called from 3025819012

I picked up and heard, "Congratulations, you and your family have won" but it was a machine talking so I just hung up.

Received a call on a new cell phone (number has not been assigned for 2 years) and blocked it as it was not a contact number.

One call, called back and said I could not be connected

THE CALLER SAID "HELLO"  AFTER I ANSWERED THEN THE LINE WENT DEAD.   I CALLED BACK AND A RECORDING SAID IT WAS A NON WORKING NUMBER

I received a call from this number yesterday afternoon, no message left. I called the number back and had a disconnect signal twice and a message the third time saying that it was a non-working number. WTF?
