People should believe it's a scam - I received this email, but it was sent to 4 others at the same time, one in the UK, one in Canada!

I was going to just mark as spam and delete, but then decided to look up the number first.
Anyone posting here should be including some general location info to make it plain this is a scam.
I'm located in Pierce County Washington state.
Area code 302 is in Delaware.
Good rules always apply-
-Never click on links in emails from people you do not know or don't investigate first.
-Never call phone numbers from suspicious emails without investigating first.
-Just delete all emails that were not solicited by you.
-Never call phone numbers with area code from other states & you know no one from that state.
