Called but did not leave message.

Got a call from this number at around 6:50pm. Picked and just silence. Caller ID read out was HEALTH ENRL CNT

Call with spoofed CLID:  V62311534900056

No VM.

I recieved a call from 302 635 2026 the caller said, "Hello Susie can you hear me?" and then we were disconnected. I tried to dial the number back but nothing would happen I didn't hear the phone ring there was only silence and after a bit there was a click and a rapid busy. WTF

Called today at 2:45pm.  Caller ID said HEALTH ENRL CNT.  The person was talking about security systems and would not stop even when I spoke.  I just got this number ported to Verizon from Comcast 2 days ago and I have already had 10 calls today all for home security.
