Recorded male voice, Bob, from BFA (?) wanting to discuss a funding program.  Not interested.

Press 1 and wait for the human. Instruct him to "Go Eat a Bag of Chips." Hang up. He will want to stop calling you after a while, because it is not a very good use of his time. Pressing 2 or 9 to get on DNC list does not stop the calls.

Called about funding, I looked this number up and told him its a scam and to remove me from the list.

He then got angry and told me not to be so abrupt.

Well I think next time they call I shall file an FCC Complaint on this number regarding to  harassment.
