Please prohibit these calls from calling my home with no real purpose and is very annoying.

Humm, that is not how this site works.  No one here can act on your behalf.   You need to ignore and block these calls and work on your phone discipline:  Don't answer or return calls to unknown numbers or suspicious names.  Ignore and block those calls.
