I received five consecutive calls from this number. On the first call I explained that she clearly had the wrong number for the person they were looking for. Call two, they then proceed to tell me to correct the error with my provider. Never explaining which provider---ie. telephone, insurance, etc. Finally they said telephone. Interestingly enough, I've had the same home phone number for over 12 years, have never gotten a call from this organization or for the name of the person they were looking for.
By call 5, they agent called to sarcastically say, "God Bless." He already has. Their total unprofessional behavior, over aggressive approach and smart-alec attitude, goes to show how He's blessed both of us. Me for being able to look over such stupidity and them as God blesses fools and babies. They have a double endowment, because a quality solicitor would have known when to back off and move on.
This number called the office this morning. I was willing to let it ring, but my boss asked me to answer it. A lady wanted to talk to whomever was in charge of phone billing (I don't recall her exact words). I replied, "Oh, I'm sorry. We're not allowed to discuss that over the phone. Please put us on your do not call list." She then hung up as I finished saying that.
My business has been getting calls from them 2-3 a day for a couple of months. Every time I answer, they hang up immediately. Today I tried calling them back multiple times, only to have them ignore my calls. I've contacted Birch Communications to ask them to put us on the Do Not Call list in hopes that they can have this third party company call.
They keep calling my minor child's private cell number and harassing her. If they don't stop, I plan on filing a complaint with the FBI for harassing and stalking a minor child.
