why do they NOT identify themselves? why can they text me, but i can't text them back? there is no reason for them to call me, they owe me money not the other way around and keep bl;owing it off.
these idiots assigned me 2 new #s that i did not ask for. was just connected yesterday & so far today neither if the 2 new landlines is working, cannot get on or stay on the internet & wireless printer won't work! & their site tells me i have cookies disabled but they're not & can't log in for support! borrowed a friend's cell to call them. got disconnected & loser "agent" is calling without CID saying it's comcast & It's Not my phone!! think i regret switching from verizon even tho they are on strike! sorry, didn't mean the whole sob story. just HUGELY p.o.d!
