Debt collector called with the wrong number. Tried to tell him he had the wrong number. I said, Sorry you have the wrong number. He kept talking, I was trying to be polite. Said that they were going to serve her with legal documents. He was rude to me and he called my number in error. This is the number he called from 302-734-2100, MVP & Associates showed up on my phone. He but starting rattling off another number. I hung up. He called back I asked him not to call my number again. Where can I call. I know there is like a do not call list, how can I put my number on it.
They are located in CALIFORNIA : Anyone who receives a call from this number: HANG UP ! This is a whole in the wall business. They are a COLLECTION agency . The business name they give is KAPLIN & ASSOC. They are not lawyers ! Don Smith is just a loud obnoxious person. Not even his company! They are located in Ontario, CA . They used to use another false business name of MVP & associates. If you own any debt do not pay. They do not have no documents to be delivered ! They will not garnish your wages. because the owner buys the accounts for pennies on the dollar!!! They used all different kinds of area codes . depending on what state you live in or near by. That's how they get your relatives neighbors co workers .your employment . .. these are con artist ,who has and sees all your information. Even if you owe the debt : THE OWNER WILL NOT TAKE YOU TO COURT. IT'S ALL LIES ! SHE WILL NOT PAY COURT COST OR EVEN FILE A COURT MATTER. SHE IS MONEY HUNGRY!! That whole in the wall would rather take your last $25 a month payment if your life depended on it!! RUDE RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!! They ask you to get a pre-paid card...SCAM !!!!
