Caller has left four voice mail messages saying he is Ken Allen of James Stevens & Daniels. Says he's contacting me because I'm the principle of the business and has called my office and referenced the matter. I'm not the principle of anything and no one called my office. It's a scam of some kind.
They are not a scam..they are a lisenced commercial collection agency..that ken specific is their private investigator. If you owe money you should pay up because they took me to court and it costed me way more than I owed in the first place..and they can even do wage attachments.
Nancy how long have you worked for the company? Just because they're lisenced doesn't make them any less sleazy. They keep calling me to use their company's service. I've gotten 3 calls (at least) during what would be lunch hour with no message. This morning they actually left a message, but the call was before 8:00 A.M. If they can't even figure out time zones why would I consider using them.
Trying to get my company to use them for debt collections. Rude as hell. He asks a question, I answer, and he argues about my answer. I will never use them for anything.
