I called the number back & it says that the number is "Temporarily Unavailable".  It was sent to me via text message on my mobile phone.  The phone number that sent it to me was, 888-711-4136.  Seems like SPAM.  I reported them to the DO NOT CALL national registry.  Hope this helps
