I did not recognize this number so I didn't pick up. Caller left a blank voicemail message. I almost never give out this phone number to anyone, so I can only guess they might be randomly dialing numbers today.
I just got a call. Caller ID says Wilmington DE. It was a recording. " This is your credit card company. If you want to lower your credit card rate as low as 6.9% press 1 now. If you no longer wish to receive these notices press 2". I pressed 2. Called my credit card company. No such program!!
Got a recorded call telling me that my eligibility for "lower rates" (did not specify on what) was about to expire, and to press 1 to take advantage of the "lower rates." Called the number back and got a busy signal. Reported the number to the FCC.
Same happened to me ....called at 10 am, I didn't answer and no message left... line busy when I tried to call back. After reading this, will "Block Caller."
