this number called me trying to give me lower interest rate on credit cards but wanted me to give them my full card number over phone and I would not do it. they hung up on me,

Caller id shows Riverside hospital.  When called back it is yet another number used by the Lukemia and Lymphoma Society.

These thieves use the caller ID  "Riverside Hospital" which was sold years ago.  Complete scammers and should be shot dead for impersonating a hospital to steal.

When I answered the phone they hung up

Calling my personal work cell! When I answer, no one says anything then just hangs up.
