I got a call to reduce my interest rate. The auto message said I was #25 on the wait time to talk to someone. I hoped the 25 ahead of me were telling them off - I called her a scumbag bottom feeder and told her I was old and hard to get to the phone and I asked how she felt about that. She said "I did that?" I said yes and hung up.
