Who called from 3027860004

Been receiving this call for a few days...numerous times of the day.  No messages.   Says Harrington, Delaware.  I know a few people  in Delaware...and that's none with that number.  All the scammers that have been in the news makes me leary to answer the phone.  Close to getting rid of the landline number...don't answer the phone anymore.

Answered by mistake as we know folks in DE. Female wanted to survey me regarding politics.
Told them never to call again...duh; will that happen?

Hmmm, I should of thought faster and answered the phone when they called.  Political survey huh... I would of asked why all telemarketers, surveys be voted for no more telemarketing in the United States and not allowed anymore.

If it was a survey, then a telemarketer was not involved and did not make the call.

Too often telemarkers pretend to be doing surveys, so your comment isn't exactly true
