Why do people say they block these numbers? That particular number won't call again. There will be a totally different number calling tomorrow. And the next day. And the next day and so on. Blocking doesn't do any good. It's pointless.
Actually it can help. I have had a blocked number call back, they are then greeted with an official "number disconnected" message. Ignoring and blocking has been proven to REDUCE the frequency of scam calls.

If you are lucky enough to get an actual person on the line tell them that you are too busy to talk because you are sticking you D#%$K up their mother’s A#$. That tends to ruin their day. Almost without exception they will go ballistic. I have to be prepared for many calls during the next day or two. They are just aching to retaliate with an insult back at me. The really great part of this is for them to deliver their insult they must be on the line when they call. Without hesitation I ask them to stop by and I will stick my D#%$K up their A#$ too. This tactic is obviously not for everyone, it is however very effective. I assume these Tele-Maggots share databases. My unwanted calls have dropped by 45% during the past four months.
