Who called from 3028035118

I received a call from 302-803-5118 when you answer the phone they hand up.  So there is no name on my caller ID and because they hang up you can't tell them to take your name of their list.  Another number that I will have to block.  Soon I will run out of numbers that I am allowed to block.

They called and nobody talked, It said Wilmington Delaware on caller ID, but had no area code

Part of a recorded message was cut off.  Also, had phone number as caller ID - strange.
