This is a university of delaware number. They own all of 302-831-xxxx. However, it's not a dorm number because those are 302-837-xxxx. It's likely the office of annual giving.
Its a scam. I reported it to the police. They tried to confirm information such as address and name. They got the wrong person because I had never given to the University.
UD makes sense, since my son graduated from there. But I was getting calls just before 9pm, and no one responded when I answered. Can't raise much money that way.
