I stupidly called the number back. They told me they were trying to serve me. When I asked what for they had me another number to speak with a litigator about the details in my case. I called the litigator and he said I did not repay a payday loan from a company I've never heard of, and if I am willing to settle today then they will file a cease and desist with the court. Otherwise, they will be filin a fraud charge against me. He refused to send me a demand for payment in the mail because it was evidence. When I told him I would not pay withot it, then he said he would let the creditor know im refusing the settlement and they will serve me tomorrow. What a crock of crap. When you call back the civil court there is a recording saying this is a scam.
