I read your remarks about this collection company. I didn't deal with them but with somebody else and they ran the payments through this company. The day after payments were made they paid their cell phone bill out of our account. I called 302-894-3496 and he explained to me that the people that I paid that he left them run payments through his company because they didn't have access to do so. I told him about the cell phone being paid out of our account and he personally put the money back in our account. Today at 8:43AM I received a threatening message that we never paid. The phone number is a VOIP # with a CA area code. Then they gave me a 206 area code to fax the receipts to and then they gave me a 714 area code to call them back at. I feel that a class act lawsuit needs to be started. I notified the authorities here in FL but of course they stated that there was nothing that they could do. I also, contacted the Attorney General same scenario. Any advice, please let me know.
