Who called from 3028964327

Same here, no message left.  Oh well, guess it wasn't important.

I received  a call from this # 9/19/12 @ 8:42pm
It left a message lot of static and could not understand it.
I deleted message, not number. hmm
So I call the number today to ask who called.
I got a recording  "number not in service or been disconnected'.
Who the heck knows!
