Same as above, almost exactly. I downloaded an app ($) after my first conversation. With "Shawn Mills" who hung up on me after I started asking questions about his company.. I have noticed that they give slightly different acronyms for the "litigation firm" (CCR/CRR/CRC).. they stopped answering for a while but I got two convos recorded. Both times I was hung up on after trying to get info. I asked for their state license number and this lady said, "oh no you ain't getting all that" lol.
A recorded voice called and left a message stating that there are 2 charges against my son and that they will be pursuing him at his place of work and residence. Left a file number. I tried to call the number they left and nobody answered went to voicemail. I just hung up.
