I repeat it's (302) 966-9408 -- do not attempt to disregard or ignore this message, the issue is very time sensitive. Thank you." Then I spoke to someone who said I could settle this case or go to court. Once I started mentioning the constitution and law- they hung up on me. They also appeared to be in a large room full of people- hard to hear etc.

This is a scam. Got a call from this low life and claim to be IRS. I told them if they are IRS then I am God and command them to give me all their money.
