My answering machine comes on, recording starts and a womans voice comments when my recording starts "Damn Answering machine" and hung up.
I promptly did *69 and got the phone # (302) 994-6778.
This upsets me that I have a woman cussing @ my machine. I'm already on the DoNotCall list, what the HECK!

DE POL BEN, as it shows on the caller ID, is the so-called "Delaware Police Benefits Association." However, none of the LEO's from Middletown, NCC or DE State Police that I have asked, had ever heard of them.
In my humble opinion, this is a scam, thinly disguised as a non-profit.
They apparently have a dozen or more phone numbers to call from and they seem to use them on a rotating basis to get around people blocking them.
Their main office number appears to be 302-892-4100 and many of their numbers start with 892-41xx. Some older posts said that calling the main number to complain helped, but now it looks like they just don't answer that line.
If this company is harassing you, go to www.DoNotCall.gov -- file a complaint if you're registered and register if you're not.
If the harassment keeps up, call the state Attorney General's office. If enough people complain maybe we can get something done.
