Unknown number using local exchange.  Caller ID just said DELAWARE. It was a robo call, I had to wait for the male with a foreign accent and scratchy connection to answer.  First he asked for the wrong first name then used my correct last name saying he was from Smart Solar. An unsolicited call from a spoofed number with a foreign accent = Scammer!  Another number to block.  The Government and the phone companies really need to find a way to deal with the spoofed phone numbers and auto diapers.
