Who called from 3029958381

Just got a call from this number with the name of Emily P. Bissell showing up on our answering machine.  Didn't answer as name and number aren't known to us.  No message was left.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. Didn't answer. No message.

Same thing no message. No answer when call back. Must be scam.

Have any of you posted recently on any job boards? Ive been waiting for job contacts to give me a call it might be a scam that searches resumes?

Had a partial message on my voicemail, push 1 if you want to lower your interest rates.
