Called on 4/19/17. Caller ID stated 'No Name Sent', a certainty that's it's a spam/scam call. Blocked them in mid-ring. Don't know who they are or what they called about; does it really matter?
Also, I have never seen the 7 digit part of a phone number start with the number zero, ever. Seems very strange.
