Called 7-18-16 at 9:45 a.m. CID showed Fisk Penelope. No message was left.  This is just another of dozens of calls we get from people we have never heard of and don't know. Guess the criminals think if the spoofed number of a person is on the CID we'll be dumb enough to answer the phone.  We have news for these creeps.
